The Applied Innovation unit is responsible for the exploration of emerging technologies, including FinTech capabilities and blockchain technology.
Based in central London, near Old Street, the position involves working on and being responsible for analysis, design and implementation of complex software solutions using blockchain technologies, with Ethereum specifically mentioned. Additional duties stated include helping create a platform and tools in and around distributed ledgers and creating prototypes, demos, and real products using these technologies.
The successful candidate will also be contributing towards innovation, research and vision in this domain, within Thomson Reuters and potentially also externally, acting as a subject matter expert in this domain. Experience in Blockchain technologies, P2P and smart contracts is specifically requested.
